** GROUP BEGINS IN SEPTEMBER ** ** Insurance does not pay for this type of group ** Find your calm is an 8-week program for women who are ready to reduce their stress using body-centered techniques. Group members will leave this program understanding how stress impacts the brain and body. Each week, group members will learn and practice a new somatic exercise to release stress from the body and have the opportunity to debrief their experience with the group. Group members are asked to commit to the full 8 weeks in order to receive its full benefits. Please keep in mind that you will be required to participate in the somatic exercises during the group and seating will be on the floor on a meditation cushion. After booking, Tatiana will reach out to have a 15 minute meet & greet to assess goodness of fit for the group. WHAT TO EXPECT: . Each week, we will begin group by orienting to the space and settling into the body by engaging in a body scan meditation. . We will then transition into the somatic exercise of the week. . After the exercise, you will have an opportunity to reflect on your experience with the exercise. . We will end each group with another somatic tool.
