Service Description

** NEXT CYCLE BEGINS OCTOBER 2023 ** -- Group meets online via Zoom -- Available to anyone living in the United States. Find your calm is a 4-week series to help women dip their toes into regulating their nervous system. If you've never done any kind of group work or somatic work, this group is for you! This group uses a combination of meditation, yoga, and somatic experiencing practices to help you regulate your nervous system so that you can begin to live a life outside of stress and anxiety. Group members are asked to commit to the 4 weeks in order to receive its full benefits. Please keep in mind that you will be required to participate in the somatic exercises during the group. Your camera on is encouraged. Each session is one hour long. WHAT TO EXPECT: **You will receive a PDF workbook that teaches you the basics of the nervous system, the importance of the vagus nerve, how trauma changes the nervous system, and reflection prompts to help you get closer to living a life outside of stress and anxiety. ** --> At the beginning of each group, we will start with a guided meditation and breathing exercise. --> We will then practice a minimum of 2 somatic exercises to regulate your nervous system. --> We will end each group with a somatic hold, inversion, or yoga pose. PAYMENT: Sessions are $50 per week. A total of $200. Payment is due online prior to joining the group.

There are NO REFUNDS once the group starts. *Refunds are only provided to individuals who cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the first group*
