What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful, brain–body therapy that helps you process and release experiences that may feel “stuck” in your system. By focusing on specific eye positions linked to where the brain stores unprocessed trauma or stress, Brainspotting allows the nervous system to naturally move toward resolution and healing.
