Service Description

** NEXT CYCLE BEGINS JANUARY 2024** -- Intakes will be completed in November & December -- -- Group meets in person in Franklin, MA Find Your Fire is a 12-week closed psychotherapy group for women who are struggling with self-esteem, confidence, and boundary setting. Find Your Fire uses a somatic focused lens, combined with a compassion centered approach to help women find their voice and develop the capacity to honor their experiences and re-connect with the inner fire that every woman has. Each session is 1.5 hours long. You and I will meet for an individual 60 minute Diagnostic Evaluation prior to being accepted into the group. During that session, I will assess if this group is a good fit. If we both feel that Find Your Fire is right for you, then we will begin to establish treatment goals. ** It is highly recommended that you engage in your own individual therapy treatment to attend this group. Group therapy is not a replacement for individual therapy **. Group members are asked to commit to all 12-weeks to receive its full benefits.   WHAT TO EXPECT: * You will be seated on meditation cushions. It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing. * This is a group that involves somatic movement. There will be weeks where you will be seated the entire session and other weeks where you will be asked to stand and engage in movement. * Topics covered include: -Moving through the Freeze state -Regulating the nervous system -Increasing self-esteem -Increasing self-confidence -Building internal boundaries -Setting external boundaries -Different forms of boundaries -Healthy communication/language to set healthy boundaries

Cancellation Policy

There are NO REFUNDS once the group starts. *Refunds are only provided to individuals who cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the first group*
