How Somatic Experiencing Works
Somatic Experiencing helps you gently release stored traumatic energy without needing to relive painful memories or experiences. Through guided awareness of physical sensations, Somatic Experiencing supports your body’s natural ability to heal itself.

My Approach
As your Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I will work towards creating a safe environment through a warm, compassionate, and direct approach. As much as I love challenging clients and taking the work seriously, I also enjoy using humor whenever appropriate! :)

What to Expect
Each session is 90 minutes, allowing us the space and time to connect deeply with your nervous system. You can expect to experience immediate relief in the very session. Relief from anxiety, muscle tension, experiencing more feelings of aliveness and even experiencing better quality sleep after the first session.
