Cue chronic anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, and feeling constantly “on.”
Why Typical Anxiety Tools Don’t Work Long-Term
Most anxiety strategies target the mind: breathing exercises, thought reframes, affirmations, mindset work. While helpful, these only go so far if your body is still in survival mode.
